We us a blend of seed that has 3 main seed types. It's a mixture of Perennial Rye, Fescue, and Kentucky Bluegrass.

Perennial Rye and Fescue will be the first to germinate taking on average 2-3 weeks.

After every seeding, we cover it with erosion matting (Also known as E-mat) or a tackifier straw to keep the seed from washing. This type of covering will also keep the seed moist and promote quicker germination.
